Delete your Mentalis account

You can request deletion of your Mentalis account and associated app data at any time. The process is simple, and a real person handles every request.
How to request deletion
Send an email to support@mentalisapp.com with the subject line:
“Mentalis account deletion request”
- Send the request from the email address associated with your Mentalis account, so we can locate it.
- We may ask you to confirm account ownership before deletion — this protects your account from requests made by someone else.
- Your account and associated app data (routines, sessions, reflections, protection settings, and progress) will be deleted or anonymized, unless limited retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or compliance reasons.
- You may also request deletion of specific app data (for example, only your journal entries) without deleting your full account — just say so in your email.

What happens next
Processing time
We confirm receipt and aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.
What’s removed
Your account and app data are deleted or anonymized, except where limited retention is legally required.
A note on subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active Premium subscription — subscriptions are managed by your device’s app store. Please also cancel in your Google Play (or App Store) subscription settings to stop future charges.
